My Story
As a new mum, I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and living in a constant cycle of googling “how much should my baby be sleeping?” and "how do I get my baby to sleep for longer". I was desperate to understand naps, wake windows, sleep cycles — anything that might help me feel a little more in control.
I tried so many approaches. Some worked, some didn’t, and plenty left me in tears. But slowly, through trial and error (and a lot of late-night reading), I found what worked for us. Eventually, my little boy started sleeping better — and I started feeling human again.
That’s when something shifted. I realised I wasn’t just relieved — I was fascinated. I wanted to know more, to really understand sleep, and to help other parents get to that place of calm and clarity too.
I began discussing sleep with all the mums and dads I met at my groups, and I realised that not everyone has success in conquering their little ones’ sleep—many people truly struggle. That’s when I knew I wanted to take my passion further and help other families find peace and rest through personalised sleep solutions.

Driven by my deep passion for helping families build healthy sleep habits, I completed comprehensive training to become a certified sleep consultant and founded RockaBye. My approach blends evidence-based strategies with compassion, ensuring every family receives personalised, supportive guidance tailored to their unique needs—so you can enjoy the peaceful nights you deserve.

Before starting my journey as a sleep consultant, I worked in the London in a private bank, so I truly get how intense the work-life juggle can be. Trying to stay sharp in high-pressure environments while running on empty after sleepless nights is a challenge no one prepares you for. That experience drives my commitment to helping families find rest, so you can function, focus, and enjoy this new chapter.

At RockaBye, I believe that every family deserves the gift of restorative sleep, and I am here to provide you with the tools, strategies, and encouragement needed to make that possible. Let’s work together to create a loving, restful environment for you and your little one!
